  38.   I'm running Windows 3.1 and the mvp288iv installed as COM3.  Funny 
  39. thing is that this is the only com device running.

  41.   Evidently my Acer 486/66 does have "onboard" serial ports 1 and 2, but 
  42. I have no idea how to disable them!
